Charming country house 6km from Vila Verde center. Situated in front of main road accessing Vila Verde, in 2012 this house has been improved in same details: new 60m2 wood deck on the pool area, air conditioned on the living room and a small refurnished on the bathroom.
Placed on a hillside turn south, it offers nice panoramic view over area around. The village nearby is calm surround by nature, pine forest and agricultural fields, in a permanent invitation for long strolls. This property is composed by main house (3 bedrooms, living room, bathroom and kitchen) and a detached covered barbecue room equipped with TV and shower. Externally it offers a lawned area with playground for children, parking space for 2 cars. On the terrace down is the pool area with a wood deck (equipped with sun lounge, chairs and sunshades) to enjoy the beautiful Portuguese sun.
This property is not recommend for wheelchair guests, because of its several terraces.
