Nice semi- manor house situated on the countryside of Viana do Castelo council. It's a recovering from a former farm house into a comfortable base for your holiday accommodation. For those who privileged calm, tranquillity and quietness typical from Minho countryside, and at the same time being short drive distance from local ocean beaches, this holiday house is indeed o good option. It's located 19kms from Viana do Castelo center and 14 Km from Vila Praia de Ancora local beaches. This house is on hillside of Serra d'Arga, turned south, with plenty of natural light. Exteriorly this house is divided in several terraces. In top terrace there is a large private pool (12,5mx5,5m), complemented with refreshing shadow of grape-wine branches; on lower terrace is playground + lawned football field. On the rest of property there is other exterior areas. Just in the property's entrance there is a a covered porch with a small spring mountain waterfall. Just 150 meters away from this property there is a beautiful large waterfall plus natural pool of pure crystal clear spring water from local mountain. Don't miss it!
