This is a lovely, older style, homely property set in private grounds and close to the popular, yet traditional fishing village of Salema. The plot is surrounded by well established gardens with lawn, shrubs and bushes, old trees and a great variety of flowers and indigenous plants. The villa is laid out on two levels. All three bedrooms and bathrooms are downstairs. Two bedrooms open out onto a raised terrace which then leads down to the pool. Upstairs is the lounge which is furnished in a country style, with dining area, separate fully equipped kitchen and cloakroom. There are magnificent views to the sea and surrounding unspoilt countryside. The villa has electric central heating (charged locally) to make those out of season breaks more comfortable.
