Stunning countryside residence villa with an ample lawn garden, orchard (pears, apples, oranges, lemon, figs....) and vineyard located just a few minutes' drive from Praia da Luz and Lagos. It is tucked away behind a beautiful ornamental electric gate, full of peace and quietness surrounded only by the lovely Algarve countryside with few Portuguese houses scattered around.

Entering from the huge private terrace you walk straight into the extremely large lounge and dining room, adjacent is a very well equipped kitchen. On the same level there is also a bedroom with private bathroom en suite.

Next to the kitchen is a beautiful covered outdoor sitting area complete with BBQ, outdoor kitchen and wood burning bread oven overlooking the garden and pool terrace.
Downstairs, in the basement a very large party room with direct access to the garden has been installed inclusive bar, various sitting areas and extra large flat screen TV. There is also an additional bedroom and bathroom, although window less it can be used to sleep 2 people.
