Lovely modern semi-detached villa in a very quiet and upmarket residential near one of the most recognized beaches in the world, the beautiful Dona Ana beach. It is quite rightly the informal Lagos´landmark. There is another beach within walking distance, no less beautiful Porto de Mós beach, greatly loved by the locals. Two good recommendable beach restaurants are located there. Lagos´ historic town center is a nice comfortable walk away.
The property is laid out on 2 levels, downstairs is the living/dining room with open fire place, separate kitchen and a twin bedroom plus bathroom. Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en suite. There is also a terrace overlooking the BBQ area. Comfortably and stylishly decorated, furnished and well equipped it offers what it takes to enjoy a relaxed holiday.
Outside is cobble stoned terraces, built in BBQ at the back of the property and a plunge pool at the front. It is made for having fun and cooling down, less for serious swimming activities. Children and adults should be having a good time splashing around.
