In an exclusive and well established residential area of Praia da Luz, this villa lies almost on top of the hill with magnificent views over the Atlantic and village. The property was completely renovated and modernised: lots of space, local style furniture and modern standard. The pool was enlarged and now offers an ample size to enjoy swimming and the garden's layout refreshed. Mature trees and high hedges fence off the property from the neighbour's gardens so almost total privacy is guaranteed.
The villa's layout is rather convenient:
Downstairs, there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus extra toilet - each room leads on to a private terrace. Upstairs there are a lounge/living room and an open very spacious conservatory which serves as a separate dining room with a large wooden table and the most stunning views. The kitchen is separate and well equipped. A large terrace offers more of the great views. Those who would like to do without a car can easily walk to the village and beach - but... on the way back it's uphill!
