This house is laid out on 2 levels of which the lower contains 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 shower bathroom, separate kitchen. The spacious, comfortable and stylishly furnished lounge with fireplace is separated by some steps from the dining area. Upstairs is the 3rd bedroom with bathroom en suite.
Each bedroom opens on to their own terrace. The main terrace at the pool area is partly covered and absolutely private as it is walled in. The villa is surrounded by a lovely and well-maintained garden with lawns, shrubs and colorful flowers and a beautiful olive tree. There is a built-in BBQ-area to enjoy.
The property is very well looked after, tastily furnished and equipped to a very high standard.
