Property located in a very nice and residential area close to Lagos. This holiday house is the separate right wing of a detached villa. The left wing is private, but the owners do not live there. In front of the house there is a well-treated lawn area with a small playground for children.
The house is modern, light and friendly furnished with typically Portuguese accents. Entering from the front side, you come to the living room; on the other end is the open plan kitchen. At one side are the 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom. From the kitchen door you go on to another garden area and from there some steps lead down to the beautiful pool area and partly covered pool terrace. By the pool there is a fully equipped apartment studio (TV, dishwasher etc.) which sleeps another 2 persons. (extra cost applied) solely rented for some group of main house.
Around the corner there is a built in BBQ with wash basin. A lovely, very well maintained property with lots of flowers that gives the whole place a welcoming and bright appearance.
The nearest beaches - Luz or Lagos - are easily be reached by car.
