Comfortable country house placed in a large Quinta of 12 hectare size. From those 12 hectares, 5 are for pasture and 7 for well kept Pine & Eucalyptus forest. This Quinta makes frontier with a local stream for almost 1 km. Local fluvial beach is just 300mts away from the house. This beach has unpolluted crystal clear waters, and during summer season it is well equipped such picnic area, volleyball area and a small bar.
The entire property is a permanent invitation to explore the surrounding nature, to long strolls across the forest... and .. well a good refreshing bath on the stream. To complete this bucolic and rural scenario, a flock of sheep (belongs to owner) makes the local pastures its privileged area to nourish.
This quinta, facing north, has a privileged view over the local village. The village has restaurant, cafés, ATM machine, bakery, pharmacy and several other local amenities
This accommodation is a dedicated 2012 refurbished from a former farm house. The House keeps all its original stylish: large schist walls and roof in blackboard. Interiorly this house was transformed into a comfortable rental accommodation up to 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms (1 of them with en suite bathroom), 1 shared shower bathroom and a very large dining/living room with open kitchen. On lower floor there a room w/ billiard table for great times.
Exteriorly it has a private a large lawned area and a patio with garden and a children playground w/ swing set.
The entire property is placed in a very quiet and peaceful natural scenery, providing a relaxing stay. Just 10km away is river Paiva which is famous for being a privileged river to practicing rafting. Adventure and adrenaline is guaranteed!
