Situated on the hillside of Cerro de Aguia, overlooking outskirts of Albufeira in the distance, this villa is in a peaceful area close to the many small coves and beaches that stretch from Albufeira to Praia da Gale. The centre of Albufeira is only 3 kilometres away and here you can find a vast selection of shops, bars and restaurants: something for everyone.
The interior of the villa is set on one level and is of a good standard throughout. This is a compact villa offering a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and patio doors leading out to the terrace and pool. Two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower. Kitchen, open plan lounge and dining room with views over the pool and out to the sea. The swimming pool is surrounded by lawned garden, terrace, pool shower and BBQ. Car hire is essential.
