| Charming villa situated just 1km from Praia de São Lourenco and 6kms from Albufeira old town. This villa is placed on the quiet location of Sesmarias. Built in 2010 this modern villa has been tastefully decorated with all the modern conveniences. Set in it's own totally enclosed garden entrance is into the living/dining room with regional satellite flat TV and doors to terrace. The kitchen is well equipped and has dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Cloakroom. Using vibrant colours there are three double bedrooms (2 of them with their own art nouveau bathroom) and doors to terrace, one of the bedrooms is on the ground floor. Outside is the unusual shape 8x4m pool with roman steps and your will find a barbecue and private parking. Highly recommended and attractive Castelo holiday villa close to the sea. |
